Pest Control

Entomology (the science of insects) is the most important thing to understand when providing pest control services. Planet Orange isn’t just licensed to exterminate pests, we actually understand the importance of insects in the world and how and when to control their behaviors. Humans have always and will always interact with pests to some degree, but how much or how little they impact your living, working and play spaces is where Planet Orange can help.

Our team evaluates pest control treatments on a regular basis, to provide the least toxic method while still being the most effective service. We also customize those treatment plans for the micro-climates around the bay area. San Francisco pest problems are not always the same as San Jose pest issues. Palo Alto pest problems most certainly differ from the problems our Pleasanton and Concord customers experience. That’s why it is so important to stay aware of available treatments for the seasons and ever-changing environment, so we can keep the quality of our services intact.

Pollinators, Pollinators! We all love the Pollinators! For us here at Planet Orange, that means we need to be extra careful with our treatments every time we provide service to any customer. That way our pollinators flourish to help the world produce more fruits, vegetables and beautiful flowers for all of us to enjoy. It’s a buggy world out there and Planet Orange is happy to help you live, work and play in safer and healthier environments on a day-to-day basis, along with the needed bees, butterflies, moths, birds and other animals.

Our Pest Control Inspectors and Technicians are state-licensed Branch 2 Field Representatives and applicators who have completed extensive testing that covers everything from building structure to entomology. While studying for those tests they are field trained on actual job sites. Our on-the-job training doesn’t just go on before they get their license, it continues progressively for the years that they are with us and many move into supervisor and management roles. This career growth for our employees is also our commitment to quality for all of our services.

We've been working with Planet Orange since first seeing evidence of termites in our place back in 2016. We rest easy knowing they'll treat when we see signs of termites, and their annual inspection will find and treat any termites we don't see. Thanks to our most recent tech, Kirk, for his timely, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service last week. Thanks to Meghin and Lydia for answering my questions about scheduling and warranty renewal. I recommend Planet Orange to everyone, especially my neighbors!
