There's no smoke. No mirrors. And certainly no need to leave your home! Just products we've selected for their ability to effectively destroy infestations of termites and other pests while protecting structures from re-infestations.

XT-2000 Orange Oil

XT-2000 Orange Oil is an extract of orange peels. The active ingredient is d-limonene, which you've probably used around the house in household cleaners and pet shampoos. You know, the ones with the familiar orange aroma. While Orange Oil can be a great cleaner, it also happens to be toxic to termites. When a termite comes in contact with Orange Oil, the wax coating of the termite's respiratory system is destroyed, causing it to suffocate. When injected into termite-infested wood, XT-2000 Orange Oil spreads like water up a string, penetrating to hard-to-reach areas and killing drywood termites and their eggs on contact. It's a renewable, plant-based solution that's been used as an insecticide since 1958.

Tim-bor

Tim-bor is a wood preservative that guards against future infestations. It penetrates deep into the wood and becomes a part of the wood, so its termite repellent properties last a long time.

Termidor

Termidor is an excellent professional termite control product that not only kills termites but also protects your home or business from future infestations, eliminating most any termite problem in less than 90 days. When used as a barrier treatment, Termidor will protect your home or business for over 10 years. Termidor is completely undetectable by termites. Once they come in contact or ingest it, they spread it to the rest of the colony. Termidor controls all types of termites including subterranean, Formosan, and drywood termites.

Okay, but just how do we do it

First, one of our highly trained, state-licensed inspectors locates and identifies the termite and pest infestations in your home or business. One of the tools they use is the boroscope, a remote optical viewing device similar to the tiny cameras used in medical procedures such as arthroscopic surgery. This allows them to look deep into your walls and identify the exact areas of termite infestation with pinpoint accuracy.

Next, they decide which of our products will best eliminate your infestations. Depending on the products used, they may be applied directly to the wood, the soil surrounding your home, and/or through a precise drill and treat method, which is how we apply XT-2000 Orange Oil. We drill a series of tiny holes in infested walls, then inject XT-2000 into the holes, where it spreads through the wood beams, killing termites and termite eggs on contact.
