Solving problems the eco-friendly way
When the Red Cross needed to treat their property for termites, they had a unique problem-with so much sensitive equipment and so many essential services being offered daily, how could they even consider closing the facility while they treat the termites? planet orange to the rescue! During an exhaustive inspection of the building, our inspectors pinpointed all the termite infestations. Then our crew came in and treated each infested area without disrupting any of the essential services offered by the Red Cross. Two days later the building was free of termites and it was if planet orange had never been there. Well, except for a slight lingering orange aroma and the lack of termites.
A Redwood City family called planet orange because they'd recently moved to a new home and had a very serious energy issue to solve. It turned out that the second floor of their home was always too warm while the first floor was too cold. This was especially troublesome in the morning when their 18 month-old boy came downstairs for breakfast and the floor was freezing. He hated it! planet orange came in and, after a complete Home Energy Assessment, discovered a number of problems that were causing the dramatic heat inequity. We fixed them all and, to quote the homeowner, "Wow, the difference is unbelievable!" Not to mention that their monthly utility bills went down too!
One day planet orange received an urgent call from the Fremont Children's Nursery-bugs were flying out of the ceiling and the kids were freaking out! After a detailed inspection of the property, planet orange diagnosed the problem as a drywood termite infestation. We treated the infestation using Orange Oil so there was no disruption to classes and the only evidence that planet orange had ever been there was the faint sweet smell of oranges.
A Saratoga couple called planet orange with a very clear problem. The master bedroom was always cold, even though the rest of the house was comfortable. To make things worse, the wife had a severe respiratory illness and was constantly cold when she slept. After a detailed Home Energy Assessment, planet orange unearthed the cause-a cracked duct under the house that was causing so much heat to be lost on the way to the master bedroom that the air being delivered there was as much as 20 degrees cooler than the air going to the rest of the house. In addition, the break in the duct was drawing in Fiberglas and other airborne irritants which were being pumped into the master bedroom. Thanks to planet orange, no more harmful irritants were being dumped into the master bedroom...only lots more clean heat!
"They took care of the entire entire house. I've had the termites before. They were very good and it came with a two-year warranty where they will come back if anything happens including anything new."
